We stayed at a lovely family-run hotel in the perfect location close to the ski lifts. We were able to easily access the stunning mountains and enjoy a day on the slopes. the service was exceptional, and the breakfast food was delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the surrounding mountains. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the availability of parking options nearby.
The hotel could have improved the room amenities, particularly the bed, which could have been more comfortable and less noisy.

Quiet, nice hotel, pretty hospital staff, simple room, everything in place.
I consider this hotel slightly overpriced, though it is may be because of the place it is located in.

Easy to book through Booked.net
Pension guests are entitled to use the facilities of the nearby hotel that claims 4 stars. However, the hotel deserves 3 sttars at best. Sauna functions only 5 days per week, there is no pool etc.

The ski lifts were just a short walk away from the hotel, making it very convenient for us to hit the slopes. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the free summer pass which granted us access to lifts, a nice bonus. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs.
The room was not very romantic. the bed was too noisy and not the most comfortable, making it difficult for us to enjoy a good night's sleep.

Great ski-in ski-out location and delicious breakfast
We loved the hotel's location right next to the ski lifts, which made skiing so much easier. The breakfast was amazing, always with a great variety to choose from. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also really appreciated the summer pass which was included and allowed us to take lifts up the mountain.

very good restaurant, clean and comfortable. Good breakfirst and high price-value ratio.
a little bit far away from the center, but if you have a car, it is totally no problem.

The Pension is in the best location to the Trass Express and the rent shops. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable. Only if one prefers to have a dinner in the center of the city, then it is better to take a taxi back or walk up :)
Someone smoked outside (perhaps at the balkony) and I could feel it a bit even with the closed windows and doors.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it's near to cable car and bus routes. Additionally, the parking spaces were abundant and clean. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

best was the location, was very near the Schmitenhohe lifts and close by the city centre
the staff, except from one girl at the reception was not very friendly, the waiter at breakfast was kinda rude and lazy and needed a shower. the room in the pension where absolutely not like they were presented on the website, they were very small and basic
